Range & Status
Probably an immigrant species recorded from Cornwall, Mediterranean, west Africa,
Canary Islands, Madeira, Azores, Portugal and Roscoff. Recorded from Falmouth Harbour (Thorp et al ., 1986). A benthic species, found in the sublittoral; a very small worm building a calcareous tube approximately 1-1.5mm in diameter on shell and stone.
