b> Range & Status

An Mediterranean-Atlantic annual or perennial plant; occurs in England, Wales and the Channel Isles where, in certain areas, it may be regarded as native. Known in Cornwall only as an introduction or garden escape.

Regional Distribution

Scattered around the coast of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly in 14 1km. squares, but not so far seen around the Land's End Peninsula or on the Lizard.

Habitat & Ecology

Naturalised on walls and banks and quite frequent on some sea cliffs.
