The map on this web page depicts the plant's distribution at the 1km square scale and shows the records made pre-2000 which were used in the 1999 Flora and those made since.

Solidago canadensis - Canadian Goldenrod

Canadian Goldenrod is an established garden escape which has become naturalised on many waste ground sites, on road verges and banks and on mine waste such as at Wheal Vor (SW63F, 1994, C.N.French). Other sites include Ballowal (SW33Q, 1993, S.M.Hocking), Hayle Towans (SW53P, 1994, C.N.French), Penhale (SW61Z, 1990, C.N.French), Brea Hill (SW97I, 1993, M.Atkinson), Palmers Bridge (SX17Y, 1988, M.Atkinson), near Golberdon (SX37F, 1989, R.J.Murphy) and St. Mary's, Isles of Scilly (SV91A, 1994, A.Underhill).
