The map on this web page depicts the plant's distribution at the 1km square scale and shows the records made pre-2000 which were used in the 1999 Flora and those made since.

Aster x versicolor - Late Michaelmas-daisy



An established garden escape which has been recorded across Cornwall and on St. Martin's, Isles of Scilly (SV91I, 1992, A.Underhill). It grows on mine waste as at Wheal Uny (SW64V, 1995, C.N.French), on road verges and waste ground and has been reported from the dunes at Perranporth (SW75M, 1964, L.J.Margetts) and Gwithian (SW54V, 1993, D.T.Holyoak).
