Flora of Cornwall (1999)

The descriptive text, below the map, is from the Flora of Cornwall (1999), which was a Tetrad Atlas (the maps had 2km square dots or Tetrads). The map on this web page depicts the plant's distribution at the 1km square scale and shows the records made pre-2000 which were used in the 1999 Flora and those made since.

Barbarea verna - American Winter-cress

American Winter-cress is widespread, growing along road verges, on waste ground and amongst disused mine workings as at Dolcoath in Camborne (SW64Q, 1994, C.N.French). It has also been recorded on Goss Moor (SW95P, 1996, I.J.Bennallick), at Seaton (SX35C, 1992, R.W.Gould) and in Torpoint (SX45H, 1997, M.Atkinson).
