The map on this web page depicts the plant's distribution at the 1km square scale and shows the records made pre-2000 which were used in the 1999 Flora and those made since.

Acaena novae-zelandiae - Pirri-pirri-bur

Pirri-pirri-bur has become naturalised in a few scattered woods and waste places such as Treloweth Woods (SW53M, 1980s, E.Griffiths) and Thanckes Park (SX45H, 1997, M.Atkinson). It has been been known in the Hayle area since 1949.
