The map on this web page depicts the plant's distribution at the 1km square scale and shows the records made pre-2000 which were used in the 1999 Flora and those made since.

Helianthus x laetiflorus - Perennial Sunflower

A few Perennial Sunflower plants were discovered in 1993 growing on the edge of a Phragmites bed at the east end of Copperhouse Pool, Hayle (SW53U, D.T.Holyoak). It was also found to be naturalised on a roadside on St. Mary's, Isles of Scilly (SV91A, 1994, D.Barrett).
