Flora of Cornwall (1999)

The descriptive text, below the map, is from the Flora of Cornwall (1999), which was a Tetrad Atlas (the maps had 2km square dots or Tetrads). The map on this web page depicts the plant's distribution at the 1km square scale and shows the records made pre-2000 which were used in the 1999 Flora and those made since.

Hypericum x inodorum - Tall Tutsan

Tall Tutsan is an infrequent garden escape on St. Mary's, Isles of Scilly (SV91A, 1992, C.I.Pogson) and in West Cornwall. In 1994 it was found to be naturalised in Mawnan churchyard where seedlings were discovered (SW72Y, D.T.Holyoak). It tends to be found on waste ground, old quarries, disused railway tracks and on mine waste.
