Flora of Cornwall (1999)

The descriptive text, below the map, is from the Flora of Cornwall (1999), which was a Tetrad Atlas (the maps had 2km square dots or Tetrads). The map on this web page depicts the plant's distribution at the 1km square scale and shows the records made pre-2000 which were used in the 1999 Flora and those made since.

Triglochin palustris - Marsh Arrowgrass

Marsh Arrowgrass is easily overlooked but persistent in the wet meadows, marshes, ponds and ditches where it is known to occur. Sites include Wacker (SX35X, 1990, R.W.Gould), Cubert Common (SW75Z, 1993, H.M.Meredith), above Kynance (SW61W, 1997, D.T.Holyoak), Predannack Reserve (SW61Y, 1987, S.M.Hocking) and cliff-top seepage pools at Gwithian (SW54Q, 1996, C.N.French). It also occurs on Scilly.
