The map on this web page depicts the plant's distribution at the 1km square scale and shows the records made pre-2000 which were used in the 1999 Flora and those made since.

Rubus echinatus

This very rare bramble has been recorded from Roscarrock Hill, Port Isaac (SW98V, 1960) as R. pseudadenanthus ; above Gwenver beach, Sennen (SW32T, 1974, E.S.Edees); Crookhorn, St. Just (SW33V, 1974, E.S.Edees) and by the roadside at Tregidden on the Lizard (SW72L, 1984, L.J.Margetts). Recently, it has been seen near Deerpark Wood, at Herodsfoot (SX26A, 1994, R.W.Gould). Previous records are unconfirmed.
